East West Bank is seeking a GTS Senior Service Associate. Reporting to the Global Transactions Services Group Manager the employee is responsible for delivering a high level of world class customer service through various inbound and outbound channels for commercial customers with Treasury Management Products. The Senior Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing issue resolution within established guidelines, following department procedures, and making sure to deliver within established service levels. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers. Will be familiar with the latest security controls offered by the Bank's applications and be able to clearly communicate to the customer using the Bank's systems. The Senior Service Associate will have thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products which also includes system requirements. Job functions may vary, and other duties assigned based on business need.

East West Bank is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to be responsible for the daily direction of the Accounting Department.  The candidate will have involvement in monthly closing activities with emphasis on securitizations, intercompany currencies, equity, and loan level. The Accounting Manager is also point of contact for internal departments outside banking institutions and auditors.

The GTS (Global Transaction Services) Business Risk and Administration Officer is responsible for assisting in the management and execution of risk and administrative initiatives and projects. This includes risk assessments, control monitoring, and testing of policies and procedures for the GTS Onboarding and Services teams. Reporting to the GTS Business Risk and Administration Manager, the Business Risk and Administration Officer will support the GTS division’s risk programs through a thoughtful, focused, and collaborative process ensuring strong business relationships and communications with division associates, internal partners, and leadership. The primary areas of focus are the Client Service and Onboarding teams that support Cash Management & Treasury products and services.
