Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of external communications, as well as media relations and integrated content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Write press releases, media alerts, contributed articles, advertorials, Q&A’s, fact sheets, talking points, social media posts, case studies, newsletter copy, intranet posts, email blasts, submissions for awards or rankings, abstracts, and submissions for speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Pitch press releases and story ideas to mainstream and trade journalists across print, broadcast, and online platforms.
  • Assist in creating content for the company's social media accounts to support social media engagement and awareness.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar that supports our content marketing strategy and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure our content is aligned with our business goals and objectives
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and to make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competitive activity to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media communications strategies and channels.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, media relations, and social media management platforms.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
