Overview

The GTS (Global Transaction Services) Business Risk and Administration Officer is responsible for assisting in the management and execution of risk and administrative initiatives and projects. This includes risk assessments, control monitoring, and testing of policies and procedures for the GTS Onboarding and Services teams. Reporting to the GTS Business Risk and Administration Manager, the Business Risk and Administration Officer will support the GTS division’s risk programs through a thoughtful, focused, and collaborative process ensuring strong business relationships and communications with division associates, internal partners, and leadership.

The primary areas of focus are the Client Service and Onboarding teams that support Cash Management & Treasury products and services. In addition, this role will assist in the coordination of Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Business Continuity activities for the GTS organization.

Responsibilities

Risk Assessments and Program Development and Planning: Analyze and identify risks and controls. Plan and develop testing methodology and control testing ensuring timely testing to meet audit and compliance review schedules.
First Line of Defense Testing: Conduct testing, tracking, and develop reports to ensure adherence to bank and department policies and procedures.
Reporting and Tracking: Develop and maintain reporting for risk, compliance, and audit reports for the operations group.
Policies and Procedures: Work with Client Service and Onboarding management to identify, develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with bank wide policies and procedures.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Work with the Client Service and Onboarding management teams to identify, analyze, execute, and communicate changes that improve efficiency and add value to both the bank and clients.
Business Continuity: Coordinate and support operations department Business Continuity planning, development, and documentation. Coordinate operations group exercises.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and knowledge of risk management, compliance, or audit preferred
• Thorough knowledge of treasury management products and services
• 5 or more years of commercial banking operations experience
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with various levels in the organization
• Ability to work independently and be versatile and creative in a dynamic environment
• Undergraduate degree (preferably in business) preferred

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $115,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
