East West Bank is seeking a NOC Engineer II. The NOC Engineer oversees day-to-day Network Operations process in order to ensure network and systems are performing optimally and available to our business users. The engineer adheres to department and company procedures to maintain stability and availability for our company systems.   The position also interfaces between customer & corporate IT entities for notifications, escalations, problem determinations & resolution for all system related issues. It requires the ability to collaborate in making important decisions on technical solutions, when performing all global Data Center/Network Operations functions.  The department is operational 24/7. Shift schedule 11:00am-8pm PT; Sunday-Thursday (Sunday will be 7am to 4pm)

The GTS (Global Transaction Services) Business Risk and Administration Officer is responsible for assisting in the management and execution of risk and administrative initiatives and projects. East West Bank is currently seeking a Relationship Manager-Technology Banking. 

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of Commercial Banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other services

This position performs high risk, high volume, and large wire activities in a fast-paced environment. Wire activities include reviewing and processing of Inbound and Outbound wire transfers, including validating the authenticity of wire requests received from clients through various channels within strict time frames. Perform wire investigations inquiries including responding to service messages efficiently and precisely. Accuracy and attention to details are critical to this position.

The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for a variety of activities to support Loan Servicing with a focus on financial activities.  The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; Loan Advances, Payment processing on more complex products, Escrow analysis and its disbursement, invoice processing and its G/L reconciliation.  Responsibilities also include reconciliation to General Ledger and end of day balancing. 

The Loan Operations Unit Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a Loan Operations Unit including but not limited to; customer complaints and research, payment processing and other financial activities, Demands & Payoffs, Adjustable Rate Management, escrow monitoring, Insurance and Tax monitoring, post closing collateral monitoring, Construction Disbursement, Quality Assurance, Investor Reporting, etc.  Oversight to all applicable regulatory compliance relative to Loan Servicing, Reconciliation and Quality Control is included in this role.
