We are currently seeking a Special Assets Group Loan Officer. This position will oversee, and be ultimately responsible for, collection and restructuring of poor performing, moderately-complex to complex loans, both unsecured and secured by various types of collateral including real property, inventory, accounts receivable, stocks, etc. This position will be asked to negotiate the sale or liquidation of those assets when necessary. Incumbent will also be responsible for all reporting and portfolio analysis related to distressed transactions.

Asset Resolution Specialist is responsible for the collection of overdue payments for Single Family Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Credit Card customers while minimizing collection costs and loan losses on assigned accounts.  This role conducts timely and effective collection follow-up in varying stages, and on accounts where a potential for risk to the Bank is evident.  This position is open for additional responsibility which could include monitoring Bankruptcies, initiating Notice of Defaults and process Foreclosures.  Ensures compliance with all regulatory compliance requirements and provide statistical reporting.
