We are currently seeking a Operations Manager. The Ops Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of the Centralized Processing department. The Legal Process Specialist position assist with the coordination and facilitation of the work flow, quality assurance reviews and branch requests. The Business Analyst II is responsible for supporting the Loan Operations business units in data analytics tasks, Operational Excellence initiatives, and design & implementation of medium-scale projects. This position will handle large amounts of data and design feasible solutions acting act as a liaison between the solution end users and the business partners (such as IT, Enterprise Project Management, etc.) and/or 3rd party vendors.  This position will also be responsible for the management of small scale projects, support larger project and develop system business requirements and perform User Acceptance test.

The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for a variety of activities to support Loan Servicing with a focus on financial activities.  The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; Loan Advances, Payment processing on more complex products, Escrow analysis and its disbursement, invoice processing and its G/L reconciliation.  Responsibilities also include reconciliation to General Ledger and end of day balancing.
