The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for a variety of activities to support Loan Servicing with a focus on financial activities.  The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; Loan Advances, Payment processing on more complex products, Escrow analysis and its disbursement, invoice processing and its G/L reconciliation.  Responsibilities also include reconciliation to General Ledger and end of day balancing.

This individual will collaborate closely with business customers to translate risks into understandable terms and provide guidance on risk mitigation. We are currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager within the bank’s second line of defense with specialized expertise credit risk.  This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance, credible challenge, and effective oversight of respective risk to first line partners and their activities where warranted.  The position is within the Enterprise Risk Management function and the role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the bank’s credit risk management framework from both lending and non-lending activities top opine upon the effectiveness of first and second lines of defenses’ credit risk management practices for risk identification in fulfillment of regulatory expectations for safety and soundness.  This role will be responsible for designing and conducting effective independent credit risk assessment to identify emerging risk and evaluate management’s efforts to mitigate risk as well as evaluate management’s attention to changing credit environments.  The position will evaluate risk management controls/processes and assisting where necessary in helping the first line in facilitating the implementation and monitoring of such processes and/or controls.  This role will require communicating with individuals throughout the institution regarding risk practices and emerging risks in various business units.   This role may also act as a consultative resource to the first and second lines of defense and involve developing risk presentations or informational reports for business unit leaders, executive management, and the Board of Directors.  Duties may include helping to create entity-wide programs related to risk management and risk governance.

The Quality Control Specialist II is responsible for the callback and 2nd review of various processes within Loan Operations.  Callback is performed for financial transactions for Complex Products.  This position is also responsible for the 2nd review and/or callback of Compliance related documents such as; TRID Post Closing Disclosure, RESPA disclosure, Beneficial Ownership documents, Flood monitoring, etc. 

The Quality Control Specialist IV is responsible for the quality review and self-test reviews of all loan products (bilateral or syndicated), including but not limited to, Specialized Lending, Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate loans booked on the FIS loan system to ensure data accuracy, compliance with government requirements, federal and state laws and regulations, risk mitigation and company policies and procedures.  Responsibilities include the identification of risk and remediation thereof, perform Quality Control reviews through the use of ad hoc and system reports in order to ensure overall accuracy and completeness of the loan data.
