The Portfolio Manager is responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of Commercial Banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other services

This position performs high risk, high volume, and large wire activities in a fast-paced environment. Wire activities include reviewing and processing of Inbound and Outbound wire transfers, including validating the authenticity of wire requests received from clients through various channels within strict time frames. Perform wire investigations inquiries including responding to service messages efficiently and precisely. Accuracy and attention to details are critical to this position.

The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for a variety of activities to support Loan Servicing with a focus on financial activities.  The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; Loan Advances, Payment processing on more complex products, Escrow analysis and its disbursement, invoice processing and its G/L reconciliation.  Responsibilities also include reconciliation to General Ledger and end of day balancing. 

The Loan Operations Unit Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a Loan Operations Unit including but not limited to; customer complaints and research, payment processing and other financial activities, Demands & Payoffs, Adjustable Rate Management, escrow monitoring, Insurance and Tax monitoring, post closing collateral monitoring, Construction Disbursement, Quality Assurance, Investor Reporting, etc.  Oversight to all applicable regulatory compliance relative to Loan Servicing, Reconciliation and Quality Control is included in this role.   

The Senior Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the preparation of all loan documentation for all commercial lending teams.  The preparation of loan documents include but are not limited to; Real Estate, C & I, Specialty Lending such as; ABL, Private Equity, Telecom, Wealth Management, etc.  This position is also responsible to ensure the documented term are in compliance with the loan servicing system.    The Loan Documentation Specialist Senior will further work with lending staff, credit administration, credit supervision, attorneys, and compliance, to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures in support of Loan Documentation and Closing. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Automation Engineer who will play a crucial role in our software development lifecycle. As a Release Automation Engineer, you will work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure that software builds are created, tested, and deployed efficiently and reliably across highly secured on-premises and cloud-based environments. Your expertise is critical in automating the release processes, managing version control, and maintaining the integrity of environments to enable continuous integration and delivery. You will also help define best practices and strategies for using our tools to ensure software projects are released using consistent and repeatable methodologies. You will ensure that services are not interrupted, and features can be rolled back when necessary. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our release processes meet business requirements and that our customers receive high-quality software releases that meet their needs.

The Structured Finance/Specialty Finance Portfolio Manager will be responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of a portfolio of clients where the repayment of the loan is based on cash flows provided by various asset classes.

Credit Analytics & Reporting, reporting to the FVP, Head of Credit Analytics & Reporting, and supporting Chief Credit Officers and Chief Risk Management Officer, Senior Credit Supervision, Investor Relations, and other Bank executives and groups.  Position is responsible for the development of credit risk analytics and reporting for the Bank.  Role will implement Bank’s credit risk framework, which includes monitoring and analyzing portfolio trends, concentration limits, key risk indicators, and risk ratings, as well as producing various management and regulatory reports.  This position collaborates cross-functionally with various departments (including Credit Risk Supervision, Investor Relations, Accounting/Finance, Treasury, Relationship Management teams, Operations & Technology, and Enterprise Risk Management) to analyze and report findings with actionable recommendations that positively impact the Bank. The Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk Manager will work within the Bank’s second line of defense function and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the second line of defense testing function and team.
