Reporting to the Global Transactions Services Group Manager the employee is responsible for delivering a high level of world class customer service through various inbound and outbound channels for commercial customers with Treasury Management Products. The Senior Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing issue resolution within established guidelines, following department procedures, and making sure to deliver within established service levels. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers. Will be familiar with the latest security controls offered by the Bank's applications and be able to clearly communicate to the customer using the Bank's systems. The Senior Service Associate will have thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products which also includes system requirements. Job functions may vary, and other duties assigned based on business need.

East West Bank is seeking a Fraud Investigator II. The Fraud Investigator reports directly to the Fraud Investigations Assistant Manager or Fraud Investigations Team Lead. The Senior Fraud Investigator will be responsible for investigating more complex suspected fraud events and mitigating loss exposure.  Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, analytical and focused with the ability to analyze documents and reports. May be required to support junior level investigators.   

We are currently seeking a Fraud Analyst. The Fraud Analyst reports directly to the Assistant Risk Manager, Deposit Fraud Management Supervisor, or Deposit Fraud Team Lead. Schedule flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the department are required.
