East West Bank is currently looking for an Internal Investigator for our Legal Department. The Internal Investigator will perform complex investigations related to internal employee fraud, abuse, and misconduct, I.D. theft, safe deposit claims and other employee related wrongful activities. The ideal candidate for this role is familiar with bank operations procedures and investigations related to fraud, including but not limited to, loan and various other bank related operations, products and services.  The individual will also conduct escalated and specialty investigations in addition to standard loss referral claims. The Internal Investigator will report directly to a senior level manager of the Legal Department.

We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Manager.  Successful candidate will participate in cross-functional team-focused areas (such as legal risk, reputational risk, compliance risk, regulatory risk, etc.) and will interact with every business unit of the bank to manage and monitor the ERM Issues Management policy and framework.  In addition, the role will also be responsible for consulting on process improvements, assessing design of controls, and performing ongoing risk monitoring, oversight, credible challenge, and reporting.  Furthermore, as a second line of defense function with general ERM responsibilities, this role may also serve as a consultant to help further develop additional general entity-wide risk management processes, assist in facilitating the implementation and monitoring of these processes, and lead ad hoc special projects and ERM initiatives.  This role will require working and communicating with individuals throughout the institution on control deficiencies, reviewing risk mitigation plans, holding responsible parties to promised due dates, ensuring timely escalation and reporting to business unit leaders, executive management, and the Board of Directors. This role will require working and communicating with individuals throughout the institution regarding risk analysis, project management, collaborating with business units in developing risk management and governance frameworks. This role will also regularly act as a consultative resource to the first and second line of defense, put together risk presentation or informational reports for business unit leaders, executive management and the Board of Directors, and interpret and create entity-wide policies related to risk management and risk governance. East West Bank is seeking a GTS Senior Service Associate. Reporting to the Global Transactions Services Group Manager the employee is responsible for delivering a high level of world class customer service through various inbound and outbound channels for commercial customers with Treasury Management Products. The Senior Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing issue resolution within established guidelines, following department procedures, and making sure to deliver within established service levels. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers. Will be familiar with the latest security controls offered by the Bank's applications and be able to clearly communicate to the customer using the Bank's systems. The Senior Service Associate will have thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products which also includes system requirements. Job functions may vary, and other duties assigned based on business need.

East West Bank is seeking a Fraud Investigator II. The Fraud Investigator reports directly to the Fraud Investigations Assistant Manager or Fraud Investigations Team Lead. The Senior Fraud Investigator will be responsible for investigating more complex suspected fraud events and mitigating loss exposure.  Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, analytical and focused with the ability to analyze documents and reports. May be required to support junior level investigators.   

We are currently seeking a Fraud Analyst. The Fraud Analyst reports directly to the Assistant Risk Manager, Deposit Fraud Management Supervisor, or Deposit Fraud Team Lead. Schedule flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the department are required.

Initiate and develop new deposit and commercial lending relationships and close sales of deposit services and loans in Commercial Lending. Actively partner with RM's and other EWB sales professionals in the Commercial Banking, Private Banking and Middle Market segments to acquire, expand and retain targeted customer relationships. This role will play an essential role in supporting and growing the foreign exchange business within the Retail bank. In this sales-focused position, the Senior FX Analyst will be expected to manage the bank’s portfolio of FX clients within Retail banking, play a critical role in marketing & business development efforts, provide world-class service to external & internal customers, and contribute to the overall sales cycle.   The position is within the FX Department based in Pasadena, CA. The Senior FX analyst will help support all Retail Branches and Retail Loan teams. Periodic travel for business development and training will be required.

We are currently seeking a Branch Operations Specialist within our Centralized Operations Administration. This individual will be part of a team that supports Retail, Commercial Banking, Centralized Operations and all other business partners with compliance oversight, risk management, internal audits, policy and procedure creation or updates and project management. The role includes enhancing our bankers and business units’ ability to anticipate and manage compliance and operational risks effectively. The role also involves engagement with executives and senior management to support operational objectives based on regulatory requirements.
