The Senior Business Continuity Analyst role is a very senior role that has a true sense of urgency, results driven, and detailed oriented that will provide East West Bank with an in-depth knowledge and experience of industry best practices in business continuity management, crisis management, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness to help the enterprise achieve operational resiliency this year. East West Bank is currently seeking a BSA Analyst. The BSA  Analyst's primary function is to complete EDD reviews of the bank's high risk customers. 

East West Bank’s Structured Finance Group provides the extensive resources and products of a large global institution, with the high-level of personal attention of a local bank.  The group leverages the assets of non-bank financial institutions, consumer/commercial loan originators, private equity sponsors, and alternative fund managers to maximize their growth and profit potential, and customize solutions for their financial and regulatory challenges.    This Credit Officer position is based in New York and will report directly to the Deputy Chief Credit Officer (DCCO).  It represents a superb opportunity for the right candidate to put their credit skills and expertise to work in a dynamic and highly visible environment supporting two of the most prominent business groups in the Bank.  As a Credit Officer you will be responsible for providing direct support to the DCCO for East West Bank’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loan portfolio, specifically the Structured Finance and Private Equity portfolios.  You will assist the DCCO with: the analysis of new transactions; the renewal and modification of existing transactions; financial data analysis; cash flow modeling and scenario analysis; legal documentation review; and the monitoring and surveillance of the structured finance and private equity portfolios.  You’ll also assist the DCCO with credit policy documentation and other ad-hoc research projects as needed, to support the continued expansion of East West Bank’s Structured Finance and Private Equity businesses. 

The Sr Underwriting Portfolio Manager is responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of C&I Commercial Banking relationships sourced by East West’s Bank’s Midwest Regional Team. Primary responsibilities include underwriting all new credit requests, financial statement analysis, and financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other services.

The Loan Servicing Specialist IV is responsible for the more complex activities within Loan Servicing with all related research and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  The position may be responsible for Loan Sales/Purchases and its Investor Reporting.  The position may include responsibilities for the troubled debt transaction processing including restructuring, charge-off, non-accrual and shadow accounting.  Responsibilities include research and monitoring in any of the activities relating to Loan Servicing such as; Tickler Monitoring, Credit Bureau reporting and disputes, loan restructuring, IRS reporting, etc.
