We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Payments Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and commercialization of our treasury and payments products. This role focuses on cross‑border and domestic payment capabilities and requires deep knowledge of payments ecosystems, strong product discipline, and the ability to collaborate across a global, matrixed environment. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for assigned payment products and features, ensuring they meet evolving client needs, regulatory expectations, and market trends.

The Senior Fraud Investigator reports directly to the Fraud Investigations Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Risk & Operations Manager. The Senior Fraud Investigator will be responsible for investigating more complex suspected fraud events and mitigating loss exposure.  This exempt position follows an assigned work schedule and is expected to manage the time effectively to meet investigative deadlines and handle assigned case volume. Your expertise will support loss prevention, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts across the organization.

East West Bank is currently looking for a Portfolio Manager for the North Cal Bridge Team. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for working with the Tech/Cross Border Commercial Team based in Santa Clara, California. This individual will manage lending/credit for a wide range of credit relationship, lead the due diligence process and deal structuring process, and partner with the Business Development Team for the delivery and negotiation of credit solutions.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of C& I Commercial Banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other services.
