We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner. The HRBP manages directly contributes as a HRBP for several business units and it associates. They will deliver comprehensive human resources programs, initiatives and solutions in support of increased associate and organizational performance. This include providing proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with the needs of the business objectives. Solutions and strategies may include talent management/development, performance management, consultation on employee relation issues, benefit administration, and building a culture in alignment with corporate. Responsible for developing credible and trusting relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees. Reports to the VP of Human Resources.
