    East West Bank is seeking a sharp, talented and energetic Digital Marketing Leader to deliver against ambitious business objectives. As a digital strategist, you will provide platform, product and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment. Need a pragmatic visionary who can rapidly translate business needs into reality.

    The Role:
    As a Digital Marketing Leader, you’ll be responsible for defining digital transformations strategy for banking industry. Experienced transformation experience and understanding on how digital is transforming business areas and who has proven experience of exploiting respective technologies to deliver business value.



    Must have excellent product experience and communication skills coupled with a passion for business, technology while delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsible for road-mapping Customer Acquisition plan. Must have a proven track record of acquiring customers, generating new sales, and managing all aspects of product or digital sales platform throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition. Applicants should have strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.

    Ideal candidates will have a background in high-throughput, distributed cloud transaction processing platforms; at least 12 years demonstrated work experience, great analytical skills, strong business judgment, superb communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and set priorities, and outstanding customer insight and preferably and MBA.

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Experience in digital, cross-channel customer experience strategy and operating model transformation.
    • Experience and knowledge of the digital marketplace, customer acquisition, experience strategies and innovations to deliver digital transformation solution.
    • Effective leader in defining / presenting the strategies to key stake holders
    • Deep knowledge of digital trends and customer insights to address complex banking problems
    • Expertise in developing digitally-focused business strategy and their translation into operations & IT
    • Strong experience in building customer experience, profile development, customer journey evolution development
    • Experience shaping business strategy for technical products or services
    • Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize and deliver best in class software service products
    • Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
    • Capacity to develop, and maintain comprehensive set of business plans and financial models.
    • The ability to succeed in a cross-matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups
    • Capacity to adapt to shifting goals and activities. Capacity to manage multiple activities in parallel.
    • Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies with minimal management oversight.
    • Willingness to take risks to develop a business in unchartered waters, ambition to build a new

    Must Have Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience in Information Technology
    • Experience in Customer Acquisition & Sales
    • Strong Product Marketing experience
    • Minimum of 8+ years of Digital Marketing Experience
    • Minimum of 12+ years of work experience in a strategic role
    • Must be US/Canadian Citizen or Green Card holder

    Nice to Have Qualifications:

    • Master’s in Business Administration
