    • Prepare, review loan closing documents for all loan products that the Bank offers such as: C & I, CRE, ABL, Trade Finance, SBA, Construction loans, and counsel-prepared loans which may include syndications and participation loans
    • Perform loan funding and boarding
    • Perform callback of loans closed and booked by others
    • Act as liaison between escrow, title, closing agents, attorneys, and all interested parties to coordinate closing and funding activities
    • Perfect collateral
    • Follow up on post-closing exceptions and receipt of original signed documents
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience in loan servicing or documentation
    • Loan Accounting System for loan booking; FIS Insight preferred
    • Strong data entry skills and accuracy required
    • Working knowledge of rules, regulations and policies concerning banking services, particularly with commercial lending and related loan documentation
    • Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high pressure environment
    • Knowledge of and ability to interpret LaserPro or outside counsel-prepared commercial loan documents
    • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Must have knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Laws/Regulations, understand how these obligations relate to his/her role, and comply with these laws and regulations
