    East West Bank is looking for a part time Internal Asset Review Coordinator. 


    • Assist loan review team in file search/organization
    • Coordinate and consolidates files and all the supporting documents/ credit files for  Credit Review Team,  internal and external auditors and regulators
    • Schedule meetings and conference rooms, and attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
    • Develop/prepare reports and documents on a regular basis.
    • Provide clerical support (filing, faxing, copying, data entry, etc…).
    • Any other duties assigned by management team.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Mange time efficiently and accurately
    • Must complete work/tasks on time.
    • Work flexible hours
