    East West Bank is seeking a BSA FIU Assistant Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily activities of the FIU team, including but not limited to;
    • liaise with the FIU supervisor to assign FIU cases to analysts
    • ensure timely completion of the FIU files and understand the daily workflows within the team
    • provide guidance and training to FIU analyst
    • escalate issues to management
    • work with other BSA office managers/supervisors
    • conduct quality review of FIU files and provide training to team as needed
    • ensure timely filing and reporting of SARs

    Qualifications

    • 7 years which may include Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • a strong working knowledge of banking products and operations
    • must have experience managing and supervising a team
    • a team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and verbal/written skills
    • ability to multi task and deliver under pressure
