    • Conduct market research in local, regional, national and Pacific Rim regions to determine potential sales of mortgage and consumer loan within the Chinese American communities and Bride customers from Greater China
    • Communicate with loan applicants and borrowers to gather required information and to evaluate customer satisfaction in furtherance of high quality customer service
    • Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval; generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status
    • Examine and interpret statistical data to assess and design competitive mortgage and consumer loans in the marketplace; Collect and analyze information on customer demographics, product features and other economic factors affecting demand and mitigation of risk; Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications strategies for promoting brand image and consumer loyalty
    • Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
      Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
    • Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity
    • Analyze commercial real estate customers’ formation documents to understand the business structure; Examine multiple loan document packages for the bank’s products to get more information about the bank’s offers
    • Communicate and discuss loan transactions with commercial real estate lending officers or other related parties to keep updated on product information.
    • Performs all duties of complex routine administrative upkeep of portfolios for Relationship Manager

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related
    1-3 years of professional experience
    Knowledge of commercial real estate, construction and commercial credits
    Knowledge of financial institution's commercial and consumer lending procedures
