    East West Bank is currently seeking a Private Banking Associate to work in a fast paced banking environment. The Private Client Associate will be a creative, entrepreneurial, team-oriented individual who bring intensity, integrity, intellectual curiosity and leadership potential to our team.

    As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:

    • Answering general queries by telephone, email or in person
    • Organize and accurately maintain filing
    • Help support Private Client Advisor's daily operational functions / misc. projects
    • Manage Private Client Advisor's calendar (scheduling, rescheduling, travel arrangements)
    • Assist Private Client Advisor with client paperwork, compiling information for reports, printing and scanning documents.
    • Help assist the Private Client Advisor to create, maintain, and implement business plans designed to identify revenue growth opportunities for new and existing clients. Manage the pre-call planning process and post-meeting debriefs.
    • Adheres to bank policies, regulatory agency guidelines and CE requirements.


    • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong organizational skills and must be able to prioritize work with deadlines
    • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 63 within 6 months.
