    We are currently seeking a CRS Senior Specialist. The CRS Senior Specialist will be responsible for helping overall Frontline Teams exceed their goals. The Senior CRS Specialist partners with Relationship Managers, Account Officers, and Product Managers on delivering the highest level of excellent customer service to high net worth commercial customers. Communicates with clients and internal partners on regular basis via phone, email, and in-person. Independently researches and resolves any deposit account and treasury management service related issues/questions. In collaboration with Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners, meets client’s commercial and treasury account expectations. They will also raise the bar on how we support with Treasury Management products and account opening to effectively run as an elite one-stop shop. The Senior CRS Specialist conducts technical product demonstrations via phone and webinar as needed. They will respond to one-off internal partner or client queries on product capability. Responsible for executing Deposit Account Control Agreements and other key customer to bank contracts. Members of the Commercial Services Banking Center act as a personal banker and liaison between back office business partners and the relationship managers for all depository services, holding escrows, and other depository contracts. Utilizing leadership skills, the Senior CRS Specialist will ensure that peers have the tools, resources, and support to delight all customers. In depth knowledge of commercial banking operations, Day 2 commercial account servicing, deposit account control legal agreement, and new account documentation is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with complex commercial clients in conjunction with RMs, TMS Consultants, and back office support staff to put in place optimal operating account structures
    • Working with clients, RMs, and BSA/DCI/KYC colleagues to obtain all appropriate documentation to clear business customer to open accounts at EWB
    • Provide point-of-contact support for Deposit related and Treasury Management matters for commercial clients. Act as an expert advisor for the clients. Resolve client requests and/or issues independently.
    • Work with the Central Relationship Service Manager to determine the optimal format for presenting complex data/trends for internal meetings or speaking engagements
    • Create compelling presentations to convey important statistics to GTS Management, EWB Senior Management, and federal and state regulators, etc
    • Assist frontline associates initiate deposit and treasury management services in complex commercial verticals such as Private Equity, Entertainment Finance, Corporate Banking, Commercial & Industrial, Structure Finance, Asset Based Financing, Sponsor Finance, Technology, Media Markets, and Capital Markets. Partner with Relationship Managers and other EWB professionals in other segments to acquire, expand, and retain targeted client relationships.
    • Work with GTS Management to produce and maintain presentations for: external use, with prospects, clients, service providers; and for conferences and internal use, for presentations to Senior Management, Peers Groups, and Regulators
    • Provide oversight and relationship focus with Relationship Managers for implementation of complex Deposit Accounts through completion while communicating results and updates to clients and internal partners.
    • Responsible to ensure accurate completion of intake process to include accurate services, documentation, Know Your Customer due diligence and training.
    • Function as the technical resource for treasury management Tier 1 Customer Services for both internal and external customers. Function as the technical expert supporting the customer transmission connectivity testing, registration and enablement process. Process requests and coordinate implementation of customers for treasury management product that are high risk and highly technical includes but are not limited to electronic data transmissions, remote deposit, electronic receivables, ACH and Positive Pay mapping, importing and file layouts.
    • Demonstrate sound decision making while balancing risk in coordination with EWB Legal while developing a network of contacts in Global Operations to assist in process management and problem resolution.
    • Serve as a Commercial Banking Operations resource to business partners by processing requests that pertain to Holding Escrows, EB5 Escrow, Insured Deposits, Loan Swaps, Entertainment, and review of Deposit Account Control Agreements.

    Qualifications

    • Bacheolors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
    • 5+ years functional/professional experience preferred
    • Must have knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Laws/Regulations, understand how these obligations relate to his/her role, and comply with these laws and regulations
    • Familiar with the latest security controls offered by the Bank’s applications and be able to clearly communicate to the customer using the Bank’s online banking systems
    • Must have thorough knowledge of Niche Markets such as Entertainment, Private Equity, Asset Based Lending, Capital Markets, Sponsor Finance, and Treasury Management products, which also includes set up worksheets, bank legal agreements, and system requirements.
