    We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and maintains employee records in the HRIS system.


    • Reviews and upload all new associate’s paperwork, fingerprinting, I-9 verifications and on-boarding documents into the HRIS system.
    • Responsible for scanning/imaging personnel files and retrieval and maintenance of files in storage, this includes separation packets, HRBP documents.
    • Send out Employee Exit Surveys to exiting associates.
    • Update associate information on separation packets into the HRIS system.
    • Act as backup to the Off-Boarding process.
    • Perform general office support duties including process incoming mail, copying, maintaining HR directory, ordering supplies, and mailing out packages.


    • Bachelors Degree Required
    • 1 year in human resources or other related business preferred
    • Each team member must have knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Laws/Regulations, understand how these obligations relate to his/her role, and comply with these laws and regulations
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products
    • Good verbal and written communication
    • Good time management and organizational skills
