    East West Bank is seeking a Executive Assistant to Greater China CEO. 


    • Maintaining and managing calendars, teleconferences, appointments, meetings, travels and expense reports of the Greater China CEO;
    • Attending senior management meetings, taking and publishing minutes, updating action item lists, and coordinating presentations;
    • Preparing correspondence, which may include letters, memoranda, reports, etc. and conducting related research or analyzing data as requested by the Greater China CEO.
    • Drafting and editing communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the Greater China CEO;
    • Providing other ad hoc support as required, such as
    • Distributing internal or external marketing materials that increase EWB brand visibility among associates and clients
    • Assisting with marketing, community or client events as needed
    • Organizing internal employee activities sponsored by the Greater China CEO


    • Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Expert level of professional analysis and presentations
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
    • Experience in event management and corporate communication is a plus
