    We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the marketing department. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the head of marketing, managing corporate hospitality program across regions and coordinating production of marketing promotional items.

    • Maintain daily calendar for the Marketing Director, which includes scheduling meetings and making arrangements for appointments and conference calls
    • Assist with travel arrangements domestically and internationally, preparing reimbursement reports
    • Manage departmental timecards, supplies and subscriptions; plan staff meetings and annual holiday party
    • Process of invoices (including all necessary approvals and cost center assignments prior to sending to Accounts Payable), monitor departmental expenses, prepare monthly expense report, quarterly cost allocations and annual budgeting report
    • Manage corporate hospitality programs across regions, prepare season-end reports to business units and executives
    • Source marketing promotional items and VIP premium gifts; coordinate with vendors to ensure the production meets EWB branding standards and business units' needs
    • Support corporate VIP events as needed


    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or other related field
    • 1 to 3 years marketing experience
    • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) a plus
    • Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize workload for effective implementation
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
