    We are currently seeking an Associate Campaign Manager. This person is responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of the Bank's multi-media marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be working with internal and external business partners across multi-functional areas to strategize and implement marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing and reporting analytics for the Bank's overall in-market advertising activities. We are looking for a candidate that is creative, data-driven, and would enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a team-driven culture.

    Responsibilities


    • Strategy — Use insights to develop fact-based marketing strategies to drive ROI against business objectives

    • Planning — Partner with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel communication programs and measurement/testing plans stemming from the strategy

    • Execution — Manage campaign executions, work with internal and external resources and make sure all elements are delivered on time.

    • Measurement and Optimization — quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time

    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns as assigned, including media, production, events/promotions, and vendor relations

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related filed

    • 3-5 years' experience planning Mobile, Online, Social Media and traditional media (TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor)

    • Experiences with Ad Serving platforms/ad techs and Google Analytics

    • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Blend of creativity and attention to details and a team player
