East West Bank is looking for a motivated Chief of Staff, IT Strategy and Vendor Manager to contribute towards the success of our marketing technology initiatives. This person will be responsible for managing and building the digital data management, personalization, and business intelligence visualization technologies. The right candidate will play a critical development role in shaping how we deliver marketing data deliveries in the digital consumer channel. Experience in Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud Solution is a big plus for this role. The right candidate will have the following experience and responsibilities:
- Experience in real time digital marketing data collection using solutions like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target
- Build custom data-driven frameworks and solutions, and leverage off-the-shelf data products and tools.
- Experience with data transformation and migration
- Perform ongoing monitoring, automation and refinement of reports and BI solutions
- Work with BI Management to identify and resolve data related issues
- API design and development for RESTful services
- Excellent understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms to an online financial website and actively engage in optimization of those channels to drive business
- Experience in leading high visibility projects that interacts with multiple business lines
- Directs the work assignments of both on-shore and off-shore contractors
- Build and meet project timelines and manage delivery commitments with proper communication to management
- Directs application support functions and build production support plans
- Collaborate with key business lines, technology partners, vendors and architects
- Review architecture design and provide direction on system capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in application management
- Experience in database management and data visualization
- Experience with dynamic HTML, client-side scripting, web services and APIs
- Experience in managing high visibility projects
