    We are currently seeking a Wealth Strategist. The primary expert responsible for implementing Advisory Wealth Planning is the Wealth Strategist. A Sr. Wealth Planning Strategist or the Director of Advisory Wealth Planning must bring exceptional expertise, both in education and in experience to the Wealth Management group. This professional must be able to understand and assess the legal and tax elements of a client's current estate, business or charitable plan, work closely with a client's outside advisors to facilitate the education of the producers about the client's plan, and communicate to both client and producers who will develop the appropriate financial product solutions.


    • Help the client understand their current estate, business or charitable plan
    • Identify economic and personal issues and gaps in the plan that could affect achieving their financial and family goals and legacies
    • Communicate complex subjects in easy to understandable format; explain and illustrate the tax and legal consequences of how assets are organized and transferred or any related concept that the client wishes to understand better
    • Wealth Strategist does not practice law or give tax advice and encourages clients to work with outside advisors
    • Prepare example concepts and illustrations to educate the clients and producers
    • Prepare analysis as needed to illustrate a general concept and/or financial solutions
    • Work with families on family dynamics issues
    • Work as a team member with producers and other partners within the organization with the goal to deliver a complete and holistic client experience
    • Prepare articles, white papers and other resources to help improve reputation and branding of the financial institution
    • Conduct research
    • Deliver formal training where determined to producers or partners
    • Maintain level of expertise through conferences/licensing


    • Required - BA/BS degree, Advanced Degree JD preferred

    • 10+ years wealth planning experience/financial institution experience

    • Management of personnel/dotted line management
