    East West Bank is currently seeking a Network Engineer II. The Network Engineer II will lead a branch office build and support team. Coach, train and supervise team member. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for IT facility build-out to define requirements, discuss project progress, and resolve issues as they arise. Research new technologies and services to fully understand implementation requirements and implications for integration and other systems. Perform cost savings analysis and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive bids for equipment or services.



    • Oversee/manage/support all aspects of networking:

      • Maintain infrastructure facility build-out (US & Asia)
      • Circuit management including provisioning, test and turn-up, disconnect, escalation for all type of circuits: analog, serial, Ethernet and Fiber (US & Asia)
      • Mobility cellular services (US & Asia)
      • Cable and Satellite services
      • Audio Conference Bridge
      • Video Conference Bridge
      • Floor plan create & update
      • Field service for circuit turn-up & issue and vendor meet
      • Cost allocation/billing
      • Vendor management
      • Project management role
      • Work directly with IT and business leaders on project status and issue resolution
      • Gain familiarility with  EWB facility infrastructure


        • 2-4 years of experience required
        • Bachelor’s degree required in; Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology
        • Strong Visio experience for detailed design documentation
        • Routers & Switches knowledge required
        • Network Certifications preferred
        • Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
        • Strong communication skills
        • Be able to travel within and outside of the US
        • Work irregular hours, nights, holidays and overtime as needed
        • Presentation experience
