    We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager. Third Party Risk Management oversees the procurement activities of the Bank, supporting all business units within the company. We partner closely with the business units to minimize risk and maximize value by creating Sourcing solutions. The Senior Contracts Manager serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Bank regarding third party contracts and is accountable for developing, managing and executing the scouring strategy and contract negotiation for enterprise wide procurement categories such as Telecom, IT Hardware/Software, and Professional Services specific for IT and Financial Services and other indirect spend categories. This position will work within Third Party Risk Management with a strong focus on IT Procurement activities and develop an enterprise-wide sourcing solution targeting critical and strategic sourcing events.


    • Acts as Subject Matter Expert on strategic sourcing and contract activities.
    • Manage and implement strategic sourcing best practices in order to generate value and savings for the Bank
    • Works with Business Unit Leader and other SMEs to remediate/reduce contract risks
    • Support other TPRM related activities and initiatives


    • Masters degree preferred
    • Bar Admission/Law Degree preferred
    • 10 years functional/professional experience required, 10-15 years preferred
    • Alternative combination of education and experience:Bar Admission/Law Degree or equivalent experiences regarding contract negotiations with third parties
