    The Wealth Management Advisor Team Lead is in charge of the overall development and performance of the assigned Financial Consultants/ Wealth Management Advisors and they will work alongside with them to deepen relationships with clients by providing services and product solutions that fit their needs. The Team Lead will also engage the team of Financial Consultant/ Wealth Management Advisors, in training, coaching, risk managing, and problem solving, and aim to grow the team in a disciplined and consistent manner.

    Job Description:

    • Plays a key role in sourcing, hiring, training and coaching Financial Consultant/ Wealth Management Advisors
    • Assists Financial Consultant/ WM Advisors with achieving goals related to key business metrics
    • Responsible for growing the team’s book of business by assisting in prospecting and developing leads into new clients
    • Develops financial strategies by guiding client to establish financial goals, matching goals to situation with appropriate financial plans.
    • Updates job knowledge by tracking financial markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional and technical publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
    • Assesses clients' financial situation by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning, evaluating risk tolerance.
    • Markets services by asking for referrals from current clients, meeting prospects at community functions, responding to inquiries, developing promotions, presenting financial planning seminars.


    • Minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience in increasingly responsible sales development and strategy positions within the wealth management or financial services field
    • Ability to manage a team
    • Advanced knowledge of wealth banking products, services, sales and delivery within a banking environment preferred.
    • Demonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilities
    • Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills
    • Flexibility with traveling
