    We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director for our East West Equipment Finance division.

    As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:

    • Identifying, pursuing, and closing equipment loans and leases with target middle market clients with annual revenue exceeding $25 MM
    • Annual budget of $40MM in funded volume transaction sizes from $1MM-$50MM
    • Clearly articulating business opportunities for the clients
    • Demonstrate strong credit analysis and deal structuring skills
    • Develop new business by building strong customer network and consistently executing outreach efforts


    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in finance, banking or other related field
    • Minimum of 10 years in Equipment Finance within a financial institution
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong focus on quality and integrity
    • Strong credit skills a plus
    • Strong entrepreneurial skills
