    We are currently seeking an Sr Documentation Analyst. 

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare equipment loan and lease documents
    • File UCC-1 Financing Statements
    • Review UCC-1 lien searches
    • Work with vendors and customers to ensure motor vehicles are titled properly
    • Tracking expiring insturance and ensure renewed certificates are received timely
    • Complete KYA,KYC, CIP of new customers
    • Prepare sales/use tax reports
    • Assist customers with invoice and account questions,
    • Board transactions into Aspire

    Qualifications

    • Organized, detail oriented and ability to prioritize
    • Microsofit office- Word and Excel proficient
    • Pricing Software (TValue)
    • Ability to effectively work.communicate with Regional Sales Directors, customers, dealers, and other banks
    • 5+ years of experience preparing commercial equipment loan/lease documents
    • Knowledge of various lease structures
    • Experience with Aspire a plus
