We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator.
Please note this role will be based in the corporate office (not a branch).
The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and review of all new accounts, daily transaction activities and account maintenance performed by the Commercial Real Estate Banking – Depository team to ensure data accuracy, compliance with government requirements, federal & state laws and regulations, risk mitigation and company policies & procedures.

Responsibilities include Quality Control reviews, identify risk and remediation and follow up with client on BSA’s Request For Information request.
Client servicing, problem solving, new account opening, account maintenance and research.
Quality control reviews on new accounts opened, account maintenance performed and transactions processed by the Premier Client Service team
Research, review and follow up with client on BSA Request For Information request
Must have prior banking experience
New account openings, account maintenance, filing/ document scanning, research etc. Assist with client servicing when assistance is needed
Candidate must be familiar with BSA/AML requirements for new account documentation review and boarding
Candidate must be service oriented, solution driven individual and familiar with BSA/AML and other operations compliance.
