    We are currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician II.

    As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include: 

    • Support Level 1 call center by taking escalated calls, hardware and software deployments
    • Assigned weekend support and suer/department moves
    • Working on speciality projects assigned by management
    • Support of peripheral bank hardware such as currency counters, check encoders etc
    • Windows 7/10 troubleshooting and documentation

     

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    •  4-6 years desktop support experience
    • Detail oriented
    • 2 years college desired by not required
    • Must have CA drivers license
    • Must be able to lift 40lbs
    • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
