    We are currently seeking an Global Cash Flow Analyst-CRE

    As a Global Cash Flow Analyst-CRE, your duties (not limited to) will include:

    • Review or prepare Global Cash Flow Analysis based on guidelines to assure accuracy and consistency.
    • Check and review the source documents provided by Relationship Managers. Follow up if needed to make sure that the source documents are complete and sufficient for the Global Cash Flow Analysis.
    • Spread, if needed, any necessary documents based on the guidelines and requirements.
    • During review or preparation, work with analyst and relationship managers to ensure end product analysis is complete and exceptions are minimized.
    • Note all the adjustments and exceptions as needed.
    • Interpret exceptions, make judgment calls, and make recommendations to reviewers at Senior Credit Supervision about the materiality of such exceptions.
    • Be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
    • Be able to work efficiently to provide timely feedback, ensuring preparation does not slow time sensitive loan requests.
    • Act as a mentor/advisor for the GCF process, within the production units, to address questions relating to spreading, running global cash flow analysis and CASH.


    • Experience in spreading/analyzing individual tax returns and supporting schedules
    • Bachelor's degree — emphasis in finance or accounting
    • 3-5 years of banking experience
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Financial accounting experience
    • Working knowledge of CASH or similar spreading software
    • CRE background preferred
    • Underwriting experience preferred
    • Ability to interface with workers at different levels within the organization
    • Familiarity with lending procedures, laws and regulations
    • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
    • Ability to effectively explain process to interested parties
