    East West Bank is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will be an integral part of a world-class Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide recruitment support to ateam of 10 Talent Acquisition recruiters. This challenging and dynamic role requirse a highly organized and professional individual, with strong analytical and attention to detail skillset. The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the FVP of Recruiting.


    • Provides administrative support throughout the full life-cycle of the recruiting process for a national team of recruiters
    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to posting jobs, high-volume interview scheduling, candidate and client communication
    • Supports recruiters and candidates through the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Assists with detailed weekly reporting and responsible for creating a dynamic reporting dashboard
    • Work closely with Head of Talent Acquisition on presentations, metrics and reporting along with other projects and administrative duties
    • Assists in ordering background screening, ensures completion of new hire setup, inputs candidate information and completes data entry into Applicant Tracking System (ATS–iCIMS)
    • Responsible for reviewing background screen results, providing summaries for approval process, and mailing any communication to candidates
    • Directs calls and responds to general inquiries from candidates, employees and recruiting team as needed
    • Leverages recruiting and HR systems to update and maintain candidate records. Acts as local “expert” on ATS, training other users and ensuring adherence to local policies and practice
    • Assists hiring team with interview associated travel for candidates and processes expense reimbursements accordingly
    • Adhere to compliance and assist with annual internal audit


    • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 1-3 years related experience and/or training (Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • A minimum of 1-3 years providing administrative support in General Human Resources and/or Recruitment Coordination background preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process
    • Successful candidate must also be proactive, customer service oriented, energetic and reliable
    • Impeccable integrity, excellent judgment, and sensitivity to confidential information are essential
    • Strong team player, collegial and collaborative
    • Strong initiative and attention to detail. Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
    • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems required; experience with BrassRing or another large scale/global ATS preferred
    • Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
