    East West Bank is currently seeking a seasoned technology recruiter, responsible for talent recruitment and strategies within the Technology and Digital Banking arena at East West Bank. As the subject matter expert, this person will be a true recruiting advisor to the leaders of our digital and technology enterprise in identifying the best talent for the team. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.


    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, with heavy emphasis on sourcing/prospecting, while providing an excellent candidate and hiring team experience.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals and over time, develop new recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of the business
    • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, tools, and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide funnel of high-caliber candidates for our business
    • Participate in industry trade associations and relevant networking events to build a strong local candidate pipeline.
    • Gather market intelligence; use data and analytics to influence and make recommendations
    • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including salary recommendations and complex offer negotiation.
    • Collaborate with the rest of the talent acquisition team to continually improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
    • Develop, mentor and coach junior members on the talent acquisition team


    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • 7+ years of Technical recruiting experience.
    • Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically banking, with the ability to attract candidates from other FinTech companies
    • Up-to-date on current Industry and Technology trends
    • Experience with both traditional and creative sourcing techniques.
    • Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
