    East West Bank is seeking a TPRM Financial Manager.The TPRM – Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Bank’s Third Party Risk Management program by overseeing and managing the vendor financial review process, performing and providing expertise in vendor financial evaluations and financial risk, as well as remediating escalated vendor invoicing and A/P issues. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance of Bank policy and of effective monitoring and reporting across third parties enterprise wide.


    • Performs financial reviews at the on-boarding of a vendor and manages the financial review process for on-going monitoring for all vendor risk levels
    • Identify and determine financial risks on a third party and provide financial analysis and audit work

    • Identify, catalogue, and monitor a third party contract’s financial requirements and commitments

    • Analyzing current and past financial data and performance

    • Prepare reports and projections based on the financial analysis

    • Collect appropriate due diligence documentation based on financial analysis

    • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement

    • Continuous improvement of current financial review process as program matures


    • Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, financial services industry experience equivalent to 5+ years. Third Party Risk Management and Contract Management experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of various regulatory bodies and their guidance regarding the monitoring of third party products and services
    • Strong communication skills; experience in working with high level executives in diverse business areas
    • Expert-level analytical and financial analysis skills
    • Strategic thinking
    • Versed in PowerPoint and Excel; strong presentation skills
    • Risk management experience at both the 2nd line and 1st line of defense level, and also commitment to protect the Bank from risk exposure
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and remediate issues; able to document and present issues to appropriate management levels
    • Maintain and build relationships
    • Preferred to be Third Party Risk and Outsourcing certified
    • Advanced experience with Ariba and Third Party Risk Management technology systems preferred
