    As East West Bank expands to a broader customer base through digital channels, EWB is looking for a top digital marketer to join our Digital Banking founding team. You will help stand up a new customer acquisition capability and build/execute customer acquisition campaigns across Paid, Social, Search and Email channels. You will help implement/configure our MarTech capabilities by laying out requirements and, once implemented, transition to operationalizing campaigns. You will work directly with executive leadership, product and cross-functional teams to bring a new business to market. This is an excellent role for seasoned candidates with 6-10 years of relevant experience, who have a passion for data, metrics, and campaign execution, and can excel in both strategic and tactical positions.


    • Drive the ongoing implementation/configuration of marketing systems and collaborate closely with cross-functional and vendor teams to define and deploy new marketing capabilities
    • Lead and optimize the marketing budget to meet ROI, customer acquisition and customer retention goals
    • Develop the marketing plan and budget, launch and execute campaigns across digital channels (Paid, Social, Search and Email), and monitor campaign performance daily and react to deviations from plan quickly
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are running properly and continually optimize internal processes and customer experience
    • Be passionate about data and leverage Excel and SQL to build reports and conduct analyses
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with external partners and vendors
    • Partner with creative teams to define campaign goals, select imagery, and define value propositions

    • BA/BS degree, with strong academic record (a plus if in an analytical major)
    • 6-10 years of relevant work experience, particularly in highly analytical roles
    • In current and past roles, owns and drives marketing strategy through execution: implementation, configuration and maintenance of marketing solutions, definition of budget and ROI monitoring, collaboration with vendors/agencies, and tactical execution of campaigns
    • Proven track record of defining, launching and optimizing campaigns focused on digital demand generation and lead management
    • Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency performing analysis in Excel, SQL and other tools
    • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
    • Strong business operator: bias towards action and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Capacity to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced and cross-functional team
    • Senior presence and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
