    As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market. We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Associate for our New York C&I - International team.

     

    Duties (not limited to) will include:

     

    Main contact person for depository relationships, including overseeing implantation of Treasury management products

    • Identify new sales and service opportunities in supported relationships
    • Performs all duties of routine administrative upkeep of existing portfolios for Relationship Managers
    • Perform underwriting and credit analyses
    • Interact with all areas of the bank to accomplish the needs of clients and supporting multiple Relationship Managers
    • Understand bank's credit policy and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications/Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor Degree in related major required. Master Degree is preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
    • Minimum 2 years banking or finance related experience, preferably in a client-facing role
    • Good knowledge of the financial institution’s commercial and consumer lending procedures
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate strong interest in new business development
    • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
    • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
