Assist frontline associates initiate deposit and treasury management services in complex commercial verticals such as Private Equity, Entertainment Finance, Corporate Banking, Commercial & Industrial, Structure Finance, Asset Based Financing, Sponsor Finance, Technology, Media Markets, and Capital Markets. Partner with Relationship Managers and other EWB professionals in other segments to acquire, expand and retain targeted client relationships. Work with GTS Management Private Equity, to produce and maintain presentations for external use, with prospects, clients, service providers; and for conferences and internal use, for presentations to Senior Management, Peers Groups, and Regulators.
Working with complex commercial clients in conjunction with RMs, TMS Consultants, and back office support staff to put in place optimal operating account structures
Working with clients, RMs, and BSA/DCI/KYC colleagues to obtain all appropriate documentation to clear business customer to open accounts at EWB
Provide point-of-contact support for Deposit related and Treasury Management matters for commercial clients. Act as an expert advisor for the clients. Resolve client requests and/or issues independently
Work with the Central Relationship Service Manager to determine the optimal format for presenting complex data/trends for internal meetings or speaking engagements
Create compelling presentations to convey important statistics to GTS Management, EWB Senior Management, and federal and state regulators, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or 5 years equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3 years of combined operations/financial services/presentation experience
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Expert level proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
