    We are currently seeking an Regional Digital Champion. As an East West Bank employee; you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market. 


    As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include: 




    • Work with branch digital champions to make a Regional wish list that is more specific
    • Gather trends in the new digital banking environment.
    • Gather statistics from current competition and consumer report in market
    • Responsible to lead focus groups to gather feedbacks from employees and clients to support digital transformation products, and expectations of East West Bank.
    • Identify test branches to fill out survey with customers from focus group to gather real customer’s feedbacks.
    • Provides leadership, direction and support to all branch digital champions with trainings, and adaptation of digital products.
    • Partners with various line of business leaderships to develop and implement digital products for transformation.
    • Accountable for meeting all developments, trainings, and digital products roll out deadlines.
    • Accountable for the percentage growth of adaptation of digital products.
    • Leads training for branches to teach/coach employees & clients our new digital platform.
    • Learn ongoing new process from digital transformation rollouts.
    • Leads and supports pilots and feedback from those pilots where appropriate
    • Increases the level of employee and client digital adoption by 20% in the first 12 months

    • Strong understanding of East West Bank product, operational, consumer & commercial banking knowledge to support digital initiatives.
