    We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate Group.  This individual will be responsible for all phases of relationship marketing and management.  You will examine, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for commercial real estate loans.

    As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:

    • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with commercial real estate customers
    • Source & originate new deals. Prepare credit approval write-ups,
    • Present and recommend credits for approval at appropriate level. Analyze and negotiate covenants and other key terms with the customer as part of the deal team.
    • Acquire qualified referrals from existing clients and investors
    • Cross sell Bank products and services
    • Identifies and analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans
    • Recommend and implement appropriate changes to establish policies and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned



    • 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required
    • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong credit knowledge.
    • Self-starter, thrive for success and able to work under minimum supervision.
