    We are currently seeking a GTS Merchant Services Consultant.


    The GTS Merchant Services Consultant will be responsible for cross-selling merchant services as part of the GTS service offerings. Works with GTS Sales, retail branches and various business lines to analyze statements, prepare pricing and presenting to clients.


    • Works with GTS Sales Consultants or branch staff for sale of Merchant Services
    • Assist GTS Sales Consultants or branch staff in analyzing merchant statements and preparing price comparison and offer letter
    • Present merchant service proposal to the prospect directly or through the GTS Sales Consultants as directed
    • Complete the merchant application and related documents and submit to GTS Documentation to set up the merchant account
    • Provide support on terminal or software inquiries
    • Follow up on the set up of the merchant account and ensure successful activation
    • Maintains detailed records related to sales activities
    • Achieve assigned goals on new approved merchant accounts


    • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience
    • 1-3+ years with at least one year experience in the sale of Merchant Services
    • Knowledge of Merchant Services and bank operations
    • Good sale skills
    • Analytical and research skills
    • Bank product and service knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
