Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist who enjoys turning strategy into efficient, scalable execution. You'll combine marketing technology, process management, data, and cross-functional coordination to help campaigns move smoothly from intake through launch and reporting. Curious and solutions-oriented, you can juggle multiple priorities, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and support teams in using marketing tools effectively and consistently.

 

The versatile Marketing Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operation of the bank's marketing technology, campaign workflows, lead management, reporting, and governance processes. A key priority will be building scalable, behavior-triggered automation that delivers timely, relevant communications based on customer and prospect engagement, such as a follow-up email after an eligible visitor views a product page. You'll partner with Marketing teams, IT, Compliance, business units, and external vendors to coordinate campaigns, maintain data quality, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver timely, compliant, and measurable marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup, testing, launch, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across email, events, web forms, and other digital channels
  • Manage campaign intake, timelines, approvals, audience lists, quality assurance, and deployment checklists to help ensure accurate and on-time execution
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys and behavior-triggered campaigns, including timely follow-up communications based on eligible website activity, product-page engagement, form submissions, and other defined signals
  • Coordinate lead capture, routing, tracking, and handoff processes in partnership with Marketing and business teams
  • Monitor data quality, consent, preferences, and audience segmentation practices in accordance with privacy, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Build and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and recurring performance updates; identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures, platform configurations, and training materials
  • Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues, coordinate resolution with internal partners and vendors, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
  • Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new marketing technology, integrations, and process improvements
  • Stay current on marketing operations, automation, analytics, data privacy, and platform best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, campaign operations, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -Journeys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools
  • Experience building and supporting automated customer journeys, behavior-triggered email campaigns, audience segmentation, lead management, testing, and performance reporting
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of CRM data, data hygiene, consent management, and digital marketing compliance practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommended actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Copilot

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational accuracy with continuous improvement

 

A plus if you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power Bl, Power Automate, or related marketing technology
  • Experience with system integrations, user acceptance testing, or platform implementations
  • Banking, financial services, or another regulated industry experience
  • Familiarity with event marketing, webinar platforms, web analytics, or digital asset management
  • Relevant platform certifications

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $73,000.00/Yr. - USD $85,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
