Overview

We are seeking a Credit Analyst in the Dallas office of the Texas Commercial Real Estate Team. This individual will assist in the underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across all asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) and Portfolio Managers (PMs) with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Bank’s established guidelines and policies.
  • Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal business partners.
  • Ongoing portfolio management including tracking and spreading financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, annual reviews, risk rating changes, and problem loan reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and credit requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience
  • 1-2 years of banking or finance experience
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $35.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
