Overview

Loan Portfolio Officer will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and review of all new loan related accounts, daily operation and loan transaction activities and account maintenance performed by the Commercial Banking Pasadena Team to ensure data accuracy, compliance with government requirements, federal & state laws and regulations, risk mitigation and company policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Client servicing, problem solving, coordinate with our internal departments on wire/loan advance/paydown requests, account maintenance and research
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to close, board and monitor clients with new or renewal loan
  • Assist with RMs on their client servicing as needed
  • Research, review and follow up with client on BSA Request For Information 
  • Review transactional documentation to ensure compliance with credit approvals and monitor covenant compliance
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior banking experience
  • Prior Loan Operation experience preferred
  • Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill sets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $115,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
