Overview

East West Bank is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will be primarily responsible for handling day-to-day logistics including administrative support, interview scheduling, new hire onboarding assistance, database maintenance, and additional organizational tasks. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic collaborator, have excellent attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to handle multiple independent tasks, and a high level of discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and career portal including updating candidate information, candidate dispositioning, reassigning positions, opening and closing jobs, and any ATS troubleshooting as necessary
  • Ensure internal system processes and data are kept clean and up to date, public postings are accurate, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Promote exceptional candidate experience by offering professional, positive, and consistent line of communication with interviewees and internal hiring teams as primary contact
  • Support and manage calendars for multiple Recruiters, including but not limited to scheduling and organizing phone screens, meetings, and interviews with internal and external contacts, distributing necessary information and documentation, providing video conferencing details, on-site interview support and room preparation and travel booking
  • Send out offers, follow up with background checks, and any onboarding requests
  • Assist in preparation of information and materials for new employee hiring and onboarding
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly with any recruiting related reports
  • Attend and assist with industry events and campus recruitment as a company representative
  • Support the development and coordination of internship and summer analyst programs
  • Coordinate candidate travel including overnight and international accommodations, scheduling of events, dissemination of information to travelers
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for new hires and onboarding related tasks.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative experience within Recruiting and/or Human Resources
  • Knowledge of recruitment procedures, experience in ATS (iCIMS) & HRIS systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office; DocuSign, etc..
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through with highly nuanced and confidential information

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $34.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
