Responsibilities

  • Performing GL balancing/reconciling
  • Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments
  • Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
  • Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely
  • Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in the Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
  • FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
  • Collaboration/People skills
  • Integrity/Dutifulness
  • Available to work overtime as needed
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
