Responsibilities

  • Executive & Strategic Support
    • Serve as a primary partner to the Head of Corporate Banking, providing strategic calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
    • Help draft executive communications, briefings and presentations
    • Support executive decision-making by compiling data, preparing summaries, and ensuring business unit leaders are equipped with timely and accurate information.
    • Manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution
    • Lead departmental initiatives, including process improvements, policy rollouts, risk assessments and operational updates.
    • Partner with teams such as Loan and Deposit Operations, GTP, DMI, BSA, ERM and Credit Supervision to implement new processes and ensure adherence to bank policies.
    • Drive completion and quality of RCSA, BSA/AML, ERM, and other compliance-related deliverables for the Corporate Banking Team
    • Serve as the Corporate Banking liaison with FP&A team to ensure alignment on forecasting, and business performance insights.
    • Oversee progress tracking and cross-team communication for assigned projects.
  • Business Operations & Risk Management
    • Maintain and update loan & deposit pipeline trackers, and RM/Portfolio Manager performance reporting.
    • Support the development of internal controls, policy reviews, and audit readiness across the Corporate Banking Team
    • Analyze operational gaps and recommend improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
  • Relationship Management & Client Engagement Support
    • Work closely with Relationship Management teams to support loan/deposit growth, client onboarding, and portfolio management activities.
    • Prepare client briefing materials, and executive-level summaries for major accounts and high-risk prospects.
    • Participate in client experience initiatives, being the voice of the corporate banking group to enhance service models for Corporate Banking clients.
  • Corporate Hospitality, Events, & Brand Experience
    • Facilitate planning, distribution/logistics and execution of high-profile corporate events, including:
    • Sports hospitality (Dodgers, Clippers, Lakers, Angels, Kings, etc.)
    • VIP client dinners 
    • Executive dinners and leadership gatherings
    • Develop run-of-show schedules, seating charts, guest lists, and briefing documents
    • Manage and onboard certain vendor relationships and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Communications, Documentation, & Presentation Design
    • Create polished presentations, templates, reports, and trackers for internal and external audiences.
    • Draft messaging, announcements, event invitations, and follow-up communications for Corporate Banking group.
    • Maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and internal project documentation repositories.
  • Administrative Leadership
    • Oversee expense management, travel coordination, scheduling, and administrative workflows for senior leadership.
    • Support departmental hiring, onboarding and cultural engagement initiatives.
    • Mentor administrative and support staff, providing guidance on prioritization, workflow, and executive communication.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of related experience in an executive administrative/project management capacity reporting directly to high level executives
  • Experience in a fast paced corporate environment working with executives, management, auditors, regulators, all levels of staff, outside clients
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Highly Professional and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, employees, executives and board of directors
  • Self-motivated and proactive with minimal guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assignments/tasks
  • Must be able to take initiative, adaptable and multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
