Overview

East West Bank is currently seeking a Private Client Services Manager. The Private Client Services Manager is in charge of conceiving and developing products adapted to private banking clients. They advise different specialists on financial investments and collaborate closely with the relationship managers to create made-to-measure products adapted to their clients.  The Private Client Services Manager will also be responsible for providing deposit sales management coverage to the Wealth Management team.  The Private Client Services Manager will be responsible for the deposit growth of the markets within their assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop products for private banking clients
  • Work closely with relationship manager to adapt products to meet specific clients’ needs
  • Mentor and manage Financial Consultants in the Eastern Region and Texas.
  • Likely to cover the whole spectrum of private banking investment possibilities
  • Develop policies, procedures, and processes specific to the Private Banking line of business. These include those which reflect industry best practices, support sales productivity, mitigate risk, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience
  • Responsible for the overall execution of the Private Banking operating model and implementation of the overall client services strategy
  • Partner with the business to define the deposit growth opportunity for new and existing clients at the market level. 
  • Work with new and existing hires to build deposit platform knowledge. 
  • Active participation in meetings to highlight new products and features, as well as sales management tactics, and reinforcement of monthly deposit priorities. 
  • Assistance in client acquisition as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • 7+ years of relevant deposit banking or private banking.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to sell and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill sets
  • Demonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilities
  • Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
